What are your dispensary’s operating hours?

Monday – Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 12-5pm. (Holidays, weather, or other events may may impact operating hours.)

What types of cannabis products do you provide?

Temescal Wellness carries a large variety of items, including flower, concentrates, topicals, tinctures, capsules, patches, and a variety of other products to satisfy the needs of all our customers.

Do you offer any discounts or financial assistance?

We are proud to offer a variety of benefits for veterans, senior citizens, SSI or SSDI recipients, and industry professionals. Once you provide documentation of your status, we will keep it on file so to assure that you receive your discount at each visit. Please stop by and ask our friendly dispensary staff! We also offer a customer loyalty program and frequently have discount promotions.

How do I apply as a patient in the state of Maryland?

Please visit the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) website and follow the instructions for completing the application process. Patients are required to register with the state and then complete a consultation with an approved provider. Once you have the recommendation from your provider, you can bring it to the dispensary along with your government-issued ID to purchase medicine.

What form does my provider need to fill out?

If you are approved for medical cannabis, your provider will enter your recommendation into the MMCC patient registry database. Information for providers can be found on the MMCC Provider webpage.

Can patients with out-of-state medical cannabis cards enter a Maryland dispensary?

Maryland law does not currently permit dispensaries to honor out-of-state medical cannabis cards.

Will there be forms to fill out on my first visit?

Yes, you will need to complete a brief patient intake form and the MMCC attestation form on your first visit. Your patient information is never shared or sold with 3rd parties and is protected by HIPAA.

How do I check the amount of cannabis remaining in my 30-day purchase limit?

You can find the remaining amount of cannabis you can purchase by logging into your MMCC patient account on the MMCC Patient Registry webpage.

Do I need to set up an appointment for my visit?

No. While you do not need an appointment, you do need to be a fully registered patient or caregiver with the MMCC and be able to present a government-issued ID to gain access to the facility. You will need to sign our patient intake form and MD state attestation form the first time you visit, but you never need an appointment.

What if I don't know much about cannabis? Will someone be there to help me?

We offer free consultations for all patients in need. We have private consultation rooms where you can meet with one of our knowledgeable staff members and receive information and guidance on our variety of products. Our Clinical Director, Steven, is a registered pharmacist available for consult.

I can't find a Maryland provider who is open to discussing medical cannabis as an alternative treatment for my condition(s). Can you help me?

What do I need to do to become a designated caregiver?

Caregiver registration information can be found on the MMCC Caregiver webpage.

Can someone enter the dispensary without a patient identification card?

Only registered patients and caregivers with valid forms of government-issued ID are permitted to enter the dispensary. MMCC patient identification cards are acceptable forms of identification, as are other forms of government-issued IDs.

What will I need to bring for my first visit?

You will need your patient ID number and a valid government-issued ID. (If you are a caregiver, you will need to bring your MMCC caregiver card.)
